I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location was fantastic, right in the charming town of Montecatini Terme and close to the train station, my experience was marred by a few issues. The room was quite small and had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was not very pleasant either. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the screaming from the boss was a bit distracting. Overall, it has potential, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
